We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Price check history and aggregated analytics data may be retained in anonymized form.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Account Settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

Pro tier users may opt in to receive SMS price alert notifications. When you enable SMS alerts in your account settings and provide your phone number, you consent to receiving automated text messages from Mustsy when matching tickets are found at or below your target price.
Opt-in consent is recorded in your profile with a timestamp and is separate from your account creation. We retain phone numbers and opt-in records as long as your account is active or as required for compliance purposes. Deleting your account removes your phone number from active messaging within 30 days.
By enabling email or SMS notifications, you consent to receiving transactional messages from Mustsy related to your seat alerts. These are not marketing messages — they are service notifications triggered by your configured alerts. You may disable notifications at any time in your account settings or by contacting us.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has used our Service, contact us at legal@mustsy.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information. All passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Service contains links to third-party ticketing platforms. These platforms have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit through our Service.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
