• Account information: name, email address, and password when you register
• Phone number, if you opt into SMS notifications (Pro tier only)
• Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your full card details
• Alert preferences: event names, venues, seat preferences, target prices, and quantity
• Device information: device type, operating system, and app version
• Usage data: features used, alerts created, notifications opened, and session duration
• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
• Crash reports and performance data to improve service reliability
• If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google
• Ticketing platform data: publicly available listing prices, seat availability, and venue information from platforms such as SeatGeek, StubHub, and TickPick

• Create and manage your account
• Process and monitor your seat alerts
• Send price drop notifications via email and/or SMS
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Improve, personalize, and expand our Service
• Analyze usage patterns and diagnose technical issues
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• Comply with legal obligations
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — email notification delivery
• Twilio — SMS notification delivery (Pro tier only)
• SeatGeek and other ticketing APIs — event and pricing data

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Price check history and aggregated analytics data may be retained in anonymized form.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email
• SMS opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS notification to unsubscribe
• Data portability: Request your alert and account data in a machine-readable format

You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Account Settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

Pro tier users may opt in to receive SMS price alert notifications. When you enable SMS alerts in your account settings and provide your phone number, you consent to receiving automated text messages from Mustsy when matching tickets are found at or below your target price.

• Message frequency varies based on the number and activity of your alerts
• Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's terms
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message
• To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP to any message, or re-enable in account settings

• We do not share your phone number with any third parties for marketing purposes
• Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Service

Opt-in consent is recorded in your profile with a timestamp and is separate from your account creation. We retain phone numbers and opt-in records as long as your account is active or as required for compliance purposes. Deleting your account removes your phone number from active messaging within 30 days.

By enabling email or SMS notifications, you consent to receiving transactional messages from Mustsy related to your seat alerts. These are not marketing messages — they are service notifications triggered by your configured alerts. You may disable notifications at any time in your account settings or by contacting us.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has used our Service, contact us at legal@mustsy.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information. All passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Service contains links to third-party ticketing platforms. These platforms have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit through our Service.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

As a Texas-based company, we comply with applicable Texas privacy laws. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data and the right to appeal our decisions regarding your data rights requests. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
