Mustsy Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from Account Settings within the app or via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error please contact hello@mustsy.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request.
Barricade Members who locked in the $3.99 monthly rate retain that rate for as long as they maintain an active subscription. Cancelling and resubscribing forfeits the locked rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If your subscription includes a free trial period you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial period at any time at no charge.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests for Apple purchases must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. Mustsy does not process refunds for Apple purchases.
Mustsy does not process ticket sales and cannot issue refunds for ticket purchases made on third-party platforms. All ticket refund, exchange, and dispute requests must be directed to the platform where the purchase was made:
